Britain’s charity regulator has opened an investigation into an African charity co-founded by Prince Harry, a week after the prince and the organization’s board of trustees resigned amid a dispute with the charity’s chairwoman.

Britain’s top charity watchdog announced it has launched an investigation into Sentebale, an African charity established by Prince Harry in memory of his mother, Princess Diana.

Prince Harry hit out at "blatant lies" over Sentebale and said he believed a watchdog probe would "unveil the truth" of why he had to resign as a patron.
