After 37 years away, Anita Dobson has returned to EastEnders in honour of its 40th anniversary to reprise her legendary role of Angie Watts.

The soap star first graced our screens in 1985 as Angie Watts in EastEnders, becoming one of Britain's most iconic TV characters. She even released a song in 1986 based on the soap's theme tune, titled 'Anyone Can Fall In Love'.

The actress, who last appeared in the soap more than 37 years ago, played the role of a landlady at the Queen Vic pub.
