AC Milan have now won four Champions League games in a row, their best run in the competition since they won five-in-a-row on their way to the 2004-05 final Tammy Abraham scored a late winner as AC Milan overcame a dogged Red Star Belgrade at San Siro.

Tammy Abraham’s late winner gave AC Milan victory over Red Star, after Nemanja Radonjic had cancelled out Rafa Leao’s opener for the Rossoneri.

The Rossoneri have now won four consecutive games in the competition and sit just a point outside the automatic qualifying spots with two games remaining
