One person is dead after a crash involving two vehicles Wednesday morning in Midtown Detroit, police said. Officers were called to the intersection of Woodward and Warren Avenue at about 8:41 a.m. for a report of a crash with two vehicles and a pedestrian, representatives said.

According to Detroit police, two vehicles collided at Woodward and Warren in Midtown around 8:40 a.m. One of the vehicles involved then struck a pedestrian, who was killed.
