Nikita Singhania and her family members, who are co-accused in the Atul Subhash suicide case, have filed anticipatory bail applications in the Allahabad High Court.

Atul Subhash, an artificial intelligence engineer, reportedly cited harassment by his wife and family as the reason for his death.

Atul Subhash's estrangled wife Nikita Singhania is a Delhi-based AI Engineering consultant working with Accenture, an IT company.

The notice did not mention other members of her family, including her mother and brother, Nisha Singhania and Anurag Singhania, or her uncle Sushil Singhania even though the FIR mentioned their names.

The Bengaluru City Police on Friday issued a summons to Nikita Singhania, the wife of deceased techie Atul Subhash, in connection with his suicide case. Nikita has been given three days to appear before the investigating officer at the Marathahalli Police Station in Bengaluru.
