MANTUA - A new state-of-the-art Division of Wildlife Resources fish hatchery in Mantua opened to the media on Wednesday, Feb.
The Fillmore Fish Hatchery is serving as a temporary home for 271 endangered Southern California steelhead trout whose Topanga Creek habitat was impacted by the Palisades Fire.
