New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 27 of Edinburgh’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Gio's, located at 39 Slateford Road, has opened its doors, serving up high-quality Italian cuisine to the capital. Guests can expect starters, handcrafted pizzas and freshly made pasta.
