Fourteen people — whose family members and local police accountability advocates say lost their lives due to police violence — are now featured in a new mural east of downtown San Antonio.

From a distance, the mural shows an iconic San Antonio scene — a cowboy atop a horse passing through a landscape that includes the Alamo, the River Walk and the world's largest cowboy boot.
