Wales and England will renew rivalries later this year with a Wembley friendly confirmed for October. The home nations – who first faced each other 146 years ago – have arranged the fixture as part of preparation for key World Cup qualifiers.

Thomas Tuchel ’s new-look England will host Wales in a Wembley friendly this October. The neighbours have met on 104 occasions, most recently during the 2022 World Cup group stage, and will go toe-to-toe once more on October 9.

England will take on Senegal in June, followed by a match against Wales at Wembley in October, the Football Association confirmed
