A new arrest report is finally offering details about what led to Reba the Bulldog’s discovery and eventual death.

Reba was an English bulldog found sealed in a plastic container in triple-digit heat. Despite emergency care, Reba died from heat-stroke-related cardiac arrest. Her death led to community efforts to find the persons responsible and drew national attention.

A man and woman have been arrested and charged with torturing and killing an English bulldog named Reba, who was found inside a sealed plastic tub in 110-degree heat in July.
