The Philadelphia 76ers dropped to 7-16 on the season following a 121-107 loss to the Indiana Pacers in a matchup where a lot went wrong. The Sixers lost Joel Embiid at halftime to a sinus fracture and even rookie Jared McCain left briefly after a hard fall and had to undergo concussion tests before returning.

At this point, if you're a Philadelphia 76ers fan, it's hard to know whether to laugh or cry at how ridiculously awful this season is going. It was supposed to be a season of joy and contention for the Sixers after adding Paul George in the summer,

The 76ers’ center was hit in the face while trying to make defensive play 12 seconds before the halftime intermission. Embiid fell to court and remained there for 5.5 seconds before the Sixers called a timeout. The 7-foot-2, 280-pound center (impact to right side of face) will not return to the game.
