New York Jets superstar Aaron Rodgers talked with Pat McAfee about his favorite wide receiver and his pull with Taco Bell.

Since the Las Vegas Raiders dealt Adams to the Jets on Oct. 15, he has 40 receptions for 453 yards and three TD catches in seven games with the club. He has failed to surpass 100 receiving yards in six of his seven games in New York.

The Jets were 2-4 when they acquired Adams in a long-anticipated trade with the Las Vegas Raiders in October. Last month, Adams said on “Up & Adams” that he did not regret being traded to the Jets, who are now 1-6 with the All-Pro wide receiver.

Davante Adams says he has no regrets. The star receiver forced his way out of Las Vegas this season and joined the Jets and his friend Aaron Rodgers.

Since joining the Jets, Adams has caught 31 passes for 344 yards and two touchdowns. In total this season, including his numbers with the Raiders before the trade, Adams has hauled in 49 passes for 553 yards and three scores through nine games.

Davante Adams ’ dissatisfaction with the Raiders’ quarterback situation led him to engineer a midseason trade to the Jets in the hopes that a reunion with Rodgers would help both players recapture some of the form they displayed as longtime teammates in Green Bay.

The New York Jets’ aspirations for a Super Bowl run with Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams have crumbled. Following their Week 14 loss to the Miami Dolphins, the Jets’ 3-10 record officially eliminated them from playoff contention.

The New York Jets organization has seen their fair share of failures throughout their decades-long existence, but this may be the first time they witness the break-up of a quarterback-wide receiver duo as great as Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams.
