VICTORIA, Texas — A twin-engine propeller plane that crashed onto a road in Victoria on Wednesday afternoon had run out of fuel, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.

Three vehicles were damaged and multiple people were injured when a plane crashed in a Victoria intersection on Wednesday.

Images from the scene showed the plane split in half at the fuselage, and part of the plane wreckage sitting on top of a damaged car.
