PIERRE, S.D. (KELO) — The flag of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe still hangs in the rotunda of the South Dakota Capitol. But the Rosebud Sioux Tribal Council wants it removed. Thanks for signing up!

North Dakota, Nebraska, South Carolina and Alabama, made similar decrees. California Gov. Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, also has said that the state Capitol's flags will temporarily be raised.
