Outages began rising rapidly around 12:30 p.m., with more than 100,000 Facebook users and tens of thousands of Instagram users reporting problems by around 1:10 p.m.

The biggest problem occured on the mobile app, where 57% of the problems were reported. The site had another 33% of the problems. And it was happening all over.
