MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A man is dead after a hit-and-run on Wednesday afternoon in South Memphis. Memphis Police officers responded to a pedestrian hit call just before 1 p.m. on Dec. 11 at E. Mallory Ave. and Latham St. The pedestrian, a man, was pronounced dead on the scene.
