India has accused Pakistan's armed forces of numerous attacks using drones and other munitions along India's western border on the night of May 9, reports Reuters. According to the Indian army, Pakistani troops have committed “numerous ceasefire violations” along the de facto border between the countries in Kashmir.

Both sides have also traded heavy fire across their frontier in disputed Kashmir, and Pakistan claimed it killed scores of Indian soldiers.

The fresh accusations come a day after India's air strikes inside Pakistan and Pakistan-administered Kashmir in response to the Pahalgam killings.
