Hayley Atwell is returning to the MCU as part of the cast of Avengers: Doomsday. The actor is set to reprise her role as Agent Peggy Carter in the fifth Avengers film, according to Deadline. Atwell first appeared as the MI6 agent in 2011's Captain America: The First Avenger, which saw Carter become Steve Rogers' love interest during World War II.

Even before San Diego Comic-Con’s surprise news that Robert Downey Jr. was back in the MCU as Doctor Doom, we’d heard rumblings that Marvel Studios was trying to bring back a few of its first Avengers for another team-up. Now, it might be one step closer.
