Hi, can I bring a blanket for a picnic for 2 on the ground or is there not enough room?

The ground is pretty rocky but you could probably find a place to spread a blanket for a couple people. We saw at least two picnic tables.

It overlooks water that runs East/west so either would work. I would think sunset would be better because of the colors.
