No bike hire shop no longer there. Not sure what the previous person was on about. The bike shop has been closed for at least a few years and even when it was open the hired bike options were very poor as I found out when I broke a shock.

There’s lots of routes round to the start which you can get a map but generally it’s one big circle. The little stream runs through the entrance and all the way through the forest. If you stay close to that you will always be able to find out alternatively follow the other people gong round. X hope that helps
