I'm not sure as I live locally and only visit the grounds and abbey church. However, I do know the Benedictines run various residential courses there and there is a guest house with 22 rooms. You can find more information at the Douai Abbey site (website references not allowed by Trip Advisor otherwise I would have posted it here) and look for guesthouse. Hope this helps.
