I have looked at the website, it looks to be closed during the period you specify. It is a brilliant railway for views. But be warned that you need to be a bit lively if the weather is wet/cold to get in the covered carriage. The open ones are very exposed to the elements requiring centre seat occupation and warm clothing, The voice of experience speaking 0-))
