I visited yesterday(10-Feb-2019, 12PM) The staff dropped my phone in the process of taking pictures with my phone. (My phone is an iPhone 8+ and I do not wear a case, but I have a protective film on it.) After he said he was sorry, he continued taking pictures and I continued the museum schedule. After he lightly apologized and photographed, I thought that only the protective cover would be broken. But later, when I remove the cover, my phone screen was broken.!!! In your system, Staffs can inadvertently drop guest’s phone. Is there a way to get rewarded?

I doubt it. This is Malaysia but no harm asking. In fact it would be noble for Upside Down Museum to compensate you.

Around 30 - 40 minutes is fine for this. You do move quite quickly through - but it is fun!
