Beautiful tranquil place to go for some time out and to catch breath. The weather was pleasant which added to the stunning views although can be very busy on Bank Holidays making parking difficult.Full review by Valerie R

Hi! I don't recall any bikes on the trails around Silent valley but I don't see any problem. Better check though. Try Northern Ireland water service in Government Northern Ireland web site
