Cool old building with well kept grounds. The fairy lake was cute and fun. The detail on the building is impressive. Worth a visit.Full review by geelongexpat

You mention sheepdog trials. Can you point me in the direction for information on this? Thank you!
A:
My answer is the same as above ! Or contact Russborough House direct .

what are the opening times
A:
The opening times are on the Russborough House website.
Q:
Does anyone have a strong preference between castletown house and russborough?
A:
Russborough is better preserved, has a lot more of its contents kept in the house and on view. Go to both, take the tours but if you can only get to 1, I would go to Russborough.
Q:
Can we bring a well behaved dog into the grounds at Russborough when visiting? But
A:
When we visited the beautiful grounds in April we did see people walking their dogs on a lead.
Q:
Hi, how long does it take to see the house and do the maze?
A:
The guided tour lasts almost an hour. They leave on the hour ie. at 1.00pm then 2.00pm then 3.00pm etc. The Maze needs half an hour -particularly if you have children !!
