On a Guided Cave Tour, you are taken along carefully constructed pathways through meandering passages and chambers adorned with delicate cave formations. You will hear and see the torrent as the river forges its way through the cave. Guided Cave Tours run daily, last approximately 75 minutes, max group 21 people and cover 1.5kms of underground passageways. I have mild asthma and the walk through the caves was fine. The pace of the tour is quite slow. I told the others on the tour that I would go last as I also have severe osteoarthritis which slows me down but I was able to keep up really well
Is everything opened here as normal or is it different due to covid restrictions? Also if you book in advance but have to cancel due to restrictions, can you get a refund or change the date? Thanks very much.

The only thing that you can't do is go on the river boat trip within the cave system. Everything else is open as normal and yes a full refund is given if restrictions change. I am almost certain the caves are closed until March, we had a great time, the walks are beautiful, one thing I would suggest is leave plenty of time to get there and use sat nav
