you can walk there from town (about 10 km) or take a cab. Killarney is full of em and they are reasonably priced and helpful. You can also rent bikes or hire a Jarvey (a two wheeled horse-drawn cart) they are also reasonably priced and the drivers are locals who usually drive the carts as a side job. They are informative and stop at all the important places in the park.
