Hello, we always allow a good two hours for the house and garden and there’s a shop, a second hand bookshop, a great cafe, a lake and outbuildings to look at. So three to four hours if you eat at the cafe or take a picnic. Hope that helps.

Snowdrops are out in decent numbers in Sussex generally. If you know that Ightham have snowdrops, then they should be in flower.
