In the heart of Cotgrave, Nottingham, we offer a 35+ station gym with knowledgeable staff. Our gym is the perfect place to get fit. We also have a leisure swimming pool with a beach/shallow area, suitable for babies and young children, a 25 metre length area for the serious swimmer and a flume which is available at weekends and during Notts County Council school holidays, sports hall, outside football grass pitches, a spin studio, dance studio and a meeting room.
