Not sure about that as I bought my tickets on the day at the ticket office. I imagine it would depend how busy they are for each tour and what time you get there.

Definitely. We were a walk in at the last moment. The visit is guided at the beginning with very interesting accounts and explanations so there may be a limit of people per group and thus a wait. But we did not wait at all at end of day before our cruise departed.

We have a permanent ramp outside the building as well as a motorized ramp inside the building, located at our side entrance (as opposed to the main entrance which is located between the statues of the gold lions). There is a bell located at this side entrance and once rung our staff will be happy to assist entry at this side of the building.
