The car parking on the street is right next to the beach. Down a few steps and your on the beach. Beach is long and wide so it depends where you intend to sit. If walking from the toilets end of the beach about 2 minutes onto the beach.
I can’t see why not as long as you extinguish it and dispose of it responsibly. There might be rules for use of the beach on a sign. If you can’t use it then take it home.
