Download the map of the routes on Big Bus Sydney's website. If you are riding the Blue route, you can get off your bus at Central Station (stop 24), Australian Museum (stop 26), William Street (stop 27) or Yurong Street (stop 34). Red route stops at these four locations for you to make a transfer and will take you to Circular Quay (stop 1 on the Red Route). Of course, you will need to purchase a ticket to ride both routes.
