Cold temperatures start the day in Chicago but showers and thunderstorms arrive late tonight and severe storms are possible tomorrow.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - There's a Level 3 out of 5 threat for strong to severe storms Wednesday afternoon and evening. By Thursday, the threat for strong storms is expected to be a Level 2 out of 5.
