Mayor Mike Duggan on Monday claimed a Democratic group filed dozens of Freedom of Information Act requests to his office to smear his campaign.

The City Serve Food Pantry & Cafe has opened in Massillon. It's affiliated with Abundant Life Christian Fellowship.
