BUDAPEST, Nov 7 (Reuters) - As much of Europe frets over the return of Donald Trump, Hungary's Viktor Orban is in a jubilant mood. "A much needed victory for the World!" the Hungarian nationalist leader wrote on X minutes after Trump declared victory.

European leaders gathered on Thursday (November 7) after Donald Trump's election victory and said they agreed they need to take responsibility for their security and not just rely on the United States.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban is due to host dozens of European leaders in Budapest later this week as relations with fellow partners have become increasingly strained.
