Fire officials gave a preliminary count of the number of structures destroyed by the Mountain Fire, pegging it at 132, mostly homes. Another 88 have been damaged, they said at a news conference Thursday night at the Ventura County Fairgrounds. That number is likely low.

The Mountain Fire continues to burn in the Camarillo area, scorching more than 19,600 acres. The wildfire is burning with no containment.
