Hurricane Rafael has passed the Cayman Islands, but the threat isn't over yet. While Grand Cayman has received the all-clear, and the Hurricane Warning has been lifted, the sister islands are still experiencing heavy rain and dangerous coastal conditions.

Rafael strengthened into a hurricane before the its projected impact on Cuba Wednesday, according to the National Hurricane Center.
