Apple dropped a big batch of medium-size software updates for nearly all of its products this afternoon. The iOS 18.4, iPadOS 18.4, macOS 15.4, tvOS 18.4, and visionOS 2.4 updates are all currently available to download, and each adds a small handful of new features for their respective platforms.

Apple's latest update, iOS 18.4, introduces priority notifications powered by Apple Intelligence, designed to highlight crucial alerts requiring immediate attention.

Apple Intelligence in the EU is the headline feature, but there are dozens of small improvements in this release for everyone.

The latest cycle of iPhone software, iOS 18, is compatible with all iPhones from the iPhone Xs from 2018 onwards. That means the iPhone Xs, iPhone Xs Max and iPhone Xr and all iPhones after that, including the iPhone SE in both its second- and third-generation models. And all members of the iPhone 16 series are included, right up to the iPhone 16e.

Apple Intelligence, the iPhone maker's suite of AI-powered tools and features, is gaining new features. Most notably, the company on Monday announced that

Apple Intelligence is now available on a wider range of devices, including the iPhone 15 Pro series, iPhone 16 series, and all Macs powered by Apple Silicon.

Apple Intelligence features are now available for iPhone users in India with the iOS 18.4 update for eligible devices.
