A lawsuit filed in the District Court of Leavenworth County claims the Black Mass, hosted by the Satanic Grotto, will harm Catholics as it is allegedly fueled by ‘shock’ and ‘outrage.’ The state’s Legislative Coordinating Council has also clarified their rules for hosting events on Capitol grounds, stating that ‘criminal conduct’ is not protected.
