The Los Angeles Lakers shocked the world by trading for Luka Doncic and many fans cannot wait to see his first game with the franchise.

When the Los Angeles Lakers acquired Dallas Mavericks superstar Luka Doncic Saturday night, the Jazz helped facilitate the deal in order to satisfy NBA salary cap rules. However, Utah’s team president Ainge wasn’t immediately aware of the magnitude of his team’s involvement.

Doncic, who arrived in the stunning trade that sent Anthony Davis to the Dallas Mavericks, will now be the face of the Lakers' franchise moving forward. He'll partner with LeBron James to create a dynamic duo in the present but make no mistake, this is his team now.
