Portland Trail Blazers guard Scoot Henderson’s shot was on point Tuesday night against the Brooklyn Nets. He drove for a dunk, had a put-back dunk, hit a floater and a short jumper, and nailed many three-pointers. Wide-open threes, contested threes, step-back threes, ill-advised threes. It didn’t matter the variety. Almost all of them went in.

The Nets got that win as they beat the Trail Blazers 132-114 thanks to Brooklyn getting healthier with the returns of Johnson and Russell. Johnson came back like he never left to the tune of 24 points on 10-of-18 shooting from the field while Noah Clowney bounced back for an all-around outing of 20 points,

Many expected the Brooklyn Nets to have a clear tanking agenda entering Tuesday’s matchup with the Portland Trail Blazers. As has been the case for most of this season, Cam Johnson had a different one.
