The former president was taking a morning walk just as two young siblings posed with the Washington Monument and cherry blossoms serving as a perfect backdrop.

She continued to describe, “My husband’s like, ‘ That’s Obama!’ I didn’t know what he was saying. I was like, ‘Yeah, whatever. I’m looking at Preston right now,’” adding, “I was like, ‘Well, did we get a picture?
