Bush was at the inauguration of Donald Trump on Monday, and cameras caught him smirking and raising his eyebrows at someone or something. Despite the lack of context, it’s still very funny.

A clip of Bush and Obama went similarly megaviral earlier this month after Bush was caught on camera belly-tapping his successor at Jimmy Carter’s funeral service. Obama attended Trump’s inauguration alone.
