Rapper Ice Cube rolled up to their dugout in a vintage blue convertible with the Commissioner’s Trophy in the front passenger seat. Magic Johnson carried the prize to home plate as the announced crowd of 53,595 roared Thursday before the Dodgers’ home opener against the Detroit Tigers.

A die hard Dodger fan for life, Cube was among the A-listers on hand for the first game of the year by the defending World Series champs, and he made his mark on the day by presenting the Commissioner’s trophy in classic fashion. After driving onto the field, Cube was handed the trophy, which he then hoisted over his head as the crowd went wild.

The Los Angeles Dodgers' 2024 World Series rings were officially unveiled on Friday. Five diamonds are featured underneath the ring to commemorate the Dodgers' five-run deficit that they overcame to defeat the New York Yankees in Game 5 to clinch a championship.
