One of the most exciting players to enter the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 mega-auction is Ravichandran Ashwin. Ashwin was released by the Rajasthan Royals (RR) after three seasons with the franchise. Representing RR, Ashwin picked up 35 wickets in 45 games. Furthermore, he also displayed his versatility by batting in the middle order at times.

The veteran fast bowler retired from international cricket earlier this year and at the age of 42 is looking to make his IPL debut as he has registered himself for the upcoming IPL 2025 mega auction.
