The Mississippi man faces a stalking charge after he allegedly crashed through Jennifer Aniston's gate in Bel-Air.

A man charged with stalking Jennifer Aniston and crashing his car through the front gate of her Bel Air home has been found mentally incompetent to stand trial.

Police say they arrived to find that the man had driven through the front gate of Aniston's home on Monday afternoon and was being held at gunpoint by property security.
