Two people who were detained at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Aurora have escaped and officials are hoping people can help find them.

One of two US Immigration and Customs Enforcement detainees who escaped during a power outage at a Colorado detention facility earlier this week was captured Friday, authorities said.

Federal officials said Aurora police declined to help in the search, but police department officials said the escape was not reported for almost five hours.
