SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. (KKTV) - One person has been arrested in connection to a fire that sparked near a northern Colorado grocery store.

The family of Margaret Jean Bryant, a 78-year-old woman who died after allegedly eating a peanut butter cookie mislabeled as an oatmeal raisin cookie, is suing Safeway.
