The field of 41 racers has officially been set for Sunday’s Daytona 500. This Sunday at 2:30 p.m., the NASCAR series kicks off with the legendary Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach,

Bubba Wallace and Austin Cindric won the Daytona Duel races to determine the starting lineup for NASCAR's Daytona 500. Wallace won the first duel by holding off William Byron. It's the first Daytona Duel win of his career.

With rain looming in the forecast Sunday, the start of the 67th Daytona 500 has been moved up by an hour. Fox will begin its race broadcast at 1:30 p.m. ET with the green flag scheduled to wave shortly after 2 p.

With the threat of rain looming, NASCAR moved up the start time one hour for Sunday’s Daytona 500 to 1:30 p.m. EST.

A band of heavy rain and thunderstorms will move through the Daytona Beach area Sunday between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m., threatening to delay or cancel the end of the race. NASCAR said gates and hospitality will now open at 9 a.m., and the Hard Rock Bet Fanzone will open at 8:30 a.m. Parking lots will open at 6 a.m.
