U.S. Senator Ashley Moody (R-FL) delivered a passionate endorsement of Attorney General nominee Pam Bondi during a U.S. Senate Committee on the Judiciary business meeting, where Bondi’s nomination was advanced to the full Senate for confirmation.

The Senate Judiciary Committee has recommended Pam Bondi be confirmed as the next U.S. Attorney General, advancing her nomination on a party-line 12-10 vote.

Fittingly, U.S. Sen. Ashley Moody cast her first vote as a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee in support of Pam Bondi for U.S. Attorney General. Bondi was Moody’s predecessor as Florida’s Attorney General.
